Glossy finish

Om Mani Padme Hum est probablement le mantra le plus fréquemment utilisé au monde.
Des moines, des sages bouddhistes ainsi que des milliers de pratiquants le récitent au quotidien. Il est vu par beaucoup de pratiquants comme le mantra le plus sacré, le plus puissant qui soit. Son rôle est d'invoquer et de rendre hommage à des puissances supérieures.
L'une des traductions du mantra est "Louange au joyau dans le lotus". Chaque syllabe a une signification particulière:
Om : Le son Om est le plus sacré de toute la création. Commencer par lui apporter une bénédiction à la suite du mantra et l’aidera à tendre vers la perfection.
Ma : Cette syllabe exprime l’éthique que nous mettons dans notre récitation, notre intention respectueuse.
Ni : Par le Ni, notre mantra rejette tout ce qui n’est pas nécessaire, ne conservant que l’essentiel et donc ce qui existe vraiment.
Pad : Réciter le son Pad nous place sur un chemin de persévérance et d’abnégation.
Me : Me nous aide à nous concentrer notre esprit, étape nécessaire avant d’atteindre la perfection.
Hum : Les autres syllabes ayant été dites, Hum vient conclure notre mantra par le développement pur de la sagesse.

Sandira is an artist and photographer. She was born in Brittany, in North-western France. Early on she figured out she wouldn't fit into the boxes that society was offering her. She spent a major part of her young life traveling, and backpacking, with very little money and with a confident trust in her inner guiding star, in a quest for the authentic nature of life, and, ultimately, to understand who she was.
She found an anchor in Portugal, in the free love and Peace research center of Tamera. Then life sent her biggest challenge, and maybe her biggest gift: she became ill. Very ill. For 5 years, on a few occasions having serious conversations with death... Until the deep decision to choose life came through her with its indisputable majestic clarity.
Her erotic body had shut down during these years and little did she know how it would burst forth in an uncoiling of her creative flow….
This initiatic breakthrough was accompanied by the birth of her book, "Bee Wisdom: Teachings from the Hive". The Bee has always been one of her muses, her inspiration, her whisperer...
And this was just the start. Eros and sacred relating are an incredible drive for artistic manifestation. Nothing can stop her. Nothing can stop us. The world is changing, and she is not missing that train.
