The winter sea is often stormy, agitated, dark. The white and dense foam of the waves breaks on the rocks splashing any passers-by while, on the beach, it reaches far beyond the shoreline. The sand is cold, very humid, soaked on the shoreline, because the sun can't dry it.
In the cold season, the sea becomes contemplation, an internal experience, a romantic ally capable of arousing exclusive sensations. To be experienced directly on site or recalled through a perfume.
I wanted to talk about the sea as a place of solitude but also as a symbol of freedom, adventure and change. The charm of the winter sea is not easy to describe, you have to experience it. For me it is melancholy and wonder, it is the Infinite and the sublime.
