Hi to all who visit my site, I was born in the United States in Chicago, Illinois. I am a self taught artist, although I am not a prolific painter by nature. I paint only those things or places that inspire me to paint. I feel that if the subject matter does'nt inspire me, how can it possible have an affect on you the viewer of the art work. I work in several different mediums besides oils. I also love to carve in wood and make sculptures out of different metals. I have in recent years spent time learning how to make cast and molds to make life sculptures like faces and hands etc. I must confess that "by myself I can do nothing, it is only from the greater power that flows through me that allows me to create any work of art".
