Sabine Stoye (artskorps.photography) is an artist photographer who uses her body as a freestyle projection surface. Inspired by the practice of deconstruction, by certain aspects of psychoanalysis and by 'French feminism' (especially female writing in a contemporary physical interpretation).
Her creative process often has a performance character, regularly involving texts and music as a source of inspiration. In the implementation of her projects she takes the liberty of not taking anything seriously, neither in the choice of her accessories nor in the choice of her subjects or in the artistic translation of the unspeakable.
Artskorps seeks to probe our sufferings and our passions, our obsessions, our pains, our impulses, inscribed in the body. his motivation is to make the unspeakable visible. His creative process trigger is literally painful pressure for expression.
Sabine Stoye (artskorps.photography) was born in Bremen (Northern Germany) in July 1965. She lives and works in Montargis (France) and Palencia (Spain) linguist, she has been practicing photography since 2012. Self-taught, she started by travel photography but soon turned to abstract themes and depictions of landscapes and mental journeys
