I was born in Belfort in the northeast of France, on December 24, 1968.

* The beginning of my teaching in painting is my father who taught me, in his own way of course. I spent part of my childhood in the south of France where I felt that my fulfillment was here and nowhere else. The land of contrasting colors: the bright blue of the sky, the Mediterranean landscapes. The space loaded with vibrations, smells, songs, all this invaded me to the point of only wanting to live in the south. I started painting when I was a young boy seeing my father who painted in his moments of relaxation and pleasure. Later I went to cabinetmaking school a few kilometers from Belfort. In the meantime I improved my technique because I am a self-taught artist, using oil, acrylic, pastel and watercolors.

*I have traveled to France, Spain, Italy, Holland which are the main places that have marked me by their beauty both in art and architectural style.

* I decided to move indefinitely to the south of France and make my passion a way of life. I now live on the Cote d'Azur, in Nice where I started painting fifteen years ago for the city, the historical heritage of the old town with its tiny alleys; buildings from the Middle Ages and strange streets.

I exhibit in hotels and am permanently on the Cours Saleya in Nice.
