Roberto Manetta

Roberto Manetta, a professional photographer, stylist and travel makeup artist, began his photographic career in 1997. He specializes in fine art photography and reportage, carrying out projects that have slowly become immersed in a personal search for fusion and marriage of "Creative Nudes". As a freelance photographer, Roberto is particularly appreciated for his highly suggestive handling of light and shadow in portraits and street photography, showing great skill in creating a pleasing mix of characters and documentations, telling stories visuals of places and the people who pass through them.

After many years of study, he transitioned from analog to digital, but he still struggled to preserve the ideals, form and detail of classic photography. He lives and works in Rome, where he still maintains a "photographic idea" about creative photography, exhibiting his work in galleries and art spaces in the capital. Since 2004, he has worked closely with different artistic groups in the representation of dance, theater and performing arts related to music. He also works with actors and actresses agencies in Rome. His photographs have been published in numerous national and international books and magazines dedicated to the art of photography.
