Richard Paquette is a contemporary award-winning Canadian artist. Paquette is a sculptor and painter for fifty years. In recent years his paintings are centered on landscapes and the environment.
He has participated in a number of group shows, as well as a 2016 pair exhibition with painter Sylvia Audet. He was invited to participate as a professional artist in the "Fleur de Macadam" event in Aylmer, Quebec in 2011, La nature en patrimoine at the Mont-Saint-Hilaire Fine Arts Museum in 2017, and the museum's twenty-fifth anniversary celebration in 2020.
