Renata Minko

My name is Renata Minko, I am a Canada (Quebec) based artist, specializing in floral and abstract paintings. I am continuously looking for improvement, balance and harmony in my work and in my life. My artwork combines realistic lines, bold colours, light, spontaneity and intuition to portray not only the beauty of flowers, but the emotions and memories they evoke.

My work is notable for its vibrant colors and light, because I feel a deep emotional connection with flowers; they are my infinite source of inspiration. I really believe is spiritual in nature. It gives voice to my soul, it is healing and therapeutic. I enjoy the time spent drawing as much as the time spent painting. I believe that art has the power to inform how we experience the world and to transform our lives.


After March 2020, we and our world won't be the same, so I stopped signing my works RBabak, and began to sign with my REAL name Minko.
