The story behind "The World of Cans":
One summer day, lacking inspiration, during a walk in nature, I crossed paths, fields, and forests. I could only contemplate the landscape before me. Happiness suddenly overwhelmed me, immediately followed by a deep sadness. I realized that my field of vision was contaminated by all kinds of waste. I realized that cans of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Red Bull, and so many others dominated the natural soil of our precious planet.
On my way home, my thoughts were saturated by what I had just observed. So I began to do some research online. By typing Coca-Cola into Google, I found all sorts of articles explaining the negative effects of soft drinks on the environment and health. An idea then began to take root in my head. I started drawing.
A few days later, the first sketches were finalized and became the central theme of a series of miniature sculptures entitled "The World of Cans," with the aim of raising awareness and denouncing the overconsumption of cans in our society.
I mainly make the sculptures by recycling cardboard, plastic, and wood. Then I cut them, glue them, and paint them to give them shape and thus build "The World of Cans."
