raphael Perez pintings retratada íntimas relações entre duas pessoas se homem e mulher, duas mulheres e dois homens. A totalidade do conceito de sentimentos e de uma relação entre duas pessoas é trazido à luz. Em cada pintura há um evidente contraste entre luz e sombra. A cor vermelha é central para suas pinturas e consistentemente simboliza masculinidade, paixão e dominância. raphael Perez criações lidar com o tema da homossexualidade.
