It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Reiner Borner, digital artist and passionate photographer, was born in 1955 in Munich. He had a deep relationship with photography from his youth. His beginnings were in analog photography with an old Porst camera from his father, followed closely by Canon AE1 cameras and classic Nikon cameras. He then embraced digital photography using brands such as Nikon, Canon, Sony, Panasonic and Olympus. Over time he explored several systems until he found his own distinctive style.
His favorite field covers a variety of subjects, ranging from animal portraits to human portraits, including urban and abstract photography. However, it is black and white photography that particularly fascinates him, offering a unique challenge that he strives to overcome with brilliance.
Reiner Borner also left his mark in the field of photographic exhibitions in Munich. His works have been highlighted during exhibitions in the heart of the city, such as the one with the friends of the zoo at the Species Protection Center of the Hellabrunn Animal Park, or at the Café Limulus and the Museum of Man and of Nature by Nymphenburg. The Borstei Gallery in Munich also witnessed his photographic talent.
Alongside his artistic career, Reiner Borner is also a book author and dialect writer. His talents extend to the literary scene where he organizes captivating readings. In 2021, he published his illustrated book entitled "When flamingos dream: Outstanding animal portraits", an achievement that fuses his love for photography with his passion for animals.
