Yong Chang Zhao nasceu em 1992, na China, onde se formou na Escola de Escultura e Arte Pública, China Academy of Art. Ele expôs seus trabalhos nacionalmente e fez parte das feiras de arte contemporânea: The 7th Shanghai Youth Art Fair, Art Shanghai International Fair, Art Suzhou, Art Xiamen, Art Shenzhen, etc.
