In this series, I explore the complexity and intricacy of celestial objects, using acrylic painting and mixed media to create abstract compositions that blend together to create a sense of depth and movement. Each painting features a unique representation of stars, galaxies, and other celestial objects, rendered with a blend of vibrant colours and textures. My approach to creating these works is informed by my fascination with astronomy and astrophysics. By studying the composition and structure of the universe, I seek to create art that reflects the awe-inspiring nature of the cosmos. Overall, my celestial bodies series of paintings offers viewers a glimpse into the majesty of the universe, inviting them to contemplate the mysteries of the cosmos and appreciate the beauty of its celestial objects. Biografia
Pamela Rys was born in Czestochowa, Poland in 1987 and currently lives and works in London, United Kingdom. Pamela pursued studies in fine art painting, design in visual communication and fashion design. She received her M.F.A. in 2017. Her paintings explore the complicated relationship between textures and colors. Pamela Rys' style is defined by sculptural use of paint. Her densely textured paintings are built up of a mixture of many layers of thick gesso, paint, wood, sand, plastic and other materials. She creates unique three-dimensional artworks. Her paintings are grounded in an admiration of the cosmos and an interest in pranic healing energies.
