Stone carving is a passion that I have developed over the past few years, having started with the earth. The desire and the need to create have always driven my life as a sculptor. I find my inspiration through my gaze as a photographer on the natural forms that surround us. This is how I practice my art on limestone from different French quarries, but it is on hard supports, closer to sandstone or marble, that I like to let my creativity evolve in direct carving. I carry out this activity in my workshop located in Essonne. My creations are alternations between figurative and abstract forms, but in my work, I strive to give the volumes different readings of the work depending on the angle of view. My pleasure is to let the work release emotions that everyone will be free to appreciate.
