Hello everyone! 

My name is Pernette, I am 24 years old and I have been painting for several years.

I have always had the need and the desire to create things in no matter what field

But I set my sights on painting and since then I haven't stopped

I am quite self-taught, and satisfied with this impulsive and childish side that we found in my paintings.

When I started painting a friend told me that certain paintings reminded her of Basquiat

That's how I discovered this artist , and that I felt something for the first time when looking at a painting

This is what I hope to be able to do one day

I draw a lot of inspiration from writers or stories that marked me like Moby Dick, the life of Rimbaud, the Little Prince, or even the fables of La Fontaine.

I can spend days learning about a character before to paint it. It teaches me a lot of things.

Most of the time I already have the colors in mind and I know where I want to go, but sometimes I have doubts, so I layer several layers of paint until you are satisfied with the result
