It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. When I started this painting I really didn't have anything in mind except that I would probably incorporate a vintage sign. A motel sign is what I wanted, but then I saw this fabulous Circus Liquor sign that still stands in Los Angeles. This original pop art painting is the second in my pop art series.
I have made it a point to include some graffiti in my pop art paintings. I just like the edgy feel that it adds. The bright orange element below the sign is a graffiti throw I saw on a wall. Other elements I really like including are the commonplace ads, like the 50% off element.
I also include vintage details that I remember as a child, like the policeman from the Monopoly game and the Spam label. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the two characters peeking in, the Pink Panther and Mickey Mouse. I love how the Pink Panther turned out. It was the perfect spot for him.
This painting is 24" by 48", wire installed, ready to hang.

A transformative event in 2012 altered the course of my life, propelling me into the realm of art. After triumphing over advanced stage pneumonia, a battle few survive, I returned home on that fateful day and experienced what can only be described as an epiphany. Suddenly, the presence of art became an imperative in my existence.
This revelation was rather peculiar, considering that I had never once contemplated becoming an artist. Why would I? Art seemed reserved for individuals endowed with innate creativity and the ability to manifest their ideas in tangible form—a description that hardly seemed to apply to me.
With no formal training in art, my recovery period was dedicated to extensive research, which eventually led me to embark on a journey of experimentation with various artistic mediums. Through numerous trials and errors, I honed my skills and discovered my true passion. Presently, I proudly present a collection of vibrant multi-panel wall sculptures, bursting with color and life. Additionally, I channel my artistic expression onto expansive canvases, with a focus on pop art, as well as my unique interpretation of the mid-century modern style.
