Born in champagne in 1949, I was, according to my grandmother, a very beautiful baby (see photo opposite). And of course, like everyone, I painfully lived my teenage acne. And bla and bla and bla.
I entered to the « Beaux-Arts»school in Rheims at sixteen years. I became my diploma for my nineteen,… but I only started to paint in 1999, time for me to give up all the remainder and to be ready to devote me to what is of primary importance. I could tell you my life. What passed passed. Today, I prefer to show you some of my artworks. Each one his trade, I do not like the long speeches, I prefer to paint what I have to say….with my manner.

WARNING

My glance on the things can tend that violent, even cynical sometimes, but I'm always deeply sincere. I think that it is not possible to describe the first steps of a child with same the words nor the same tone as those which I would take to speak about serious things. I thus practise without complex a pictorial multilingualism.
I REFUSE THE DICTAT OF ALL THOSE WHICH LIKE MY WORK ALL WHILE ADVISING ME TO LIMIT ITSELF A ONLY ONE MODE OF EXPRESSION. ME, I PAINT WITH MY BODY, MY HEART AND MY TRIPE,THAT'S IT.

TRADITIONAL PRESENTATION

Champagne painter born in 1949, it obtains his diploma of « Beaux-Arts de Reims »at 19 years. He shares his time between painting, his medium of predilection, the sculpture and the fitting of public or private spaces. He makes real his ground of inspiration and sticks, without concession, to decipher the labyrinth of it. His glance on the world plunges the spectator into vertiginous points of view where all seems however curiously familiar.
