Sonne, Erde und Sterne werden als "Lebensspender" häufig mit Emotionen verbunden. Indes Flaschen, Kronkorken und Bierdeckel zumeist als alltägliche, "wertlose" Gegenstände wahrgenommen werden. Der Künstler wünscht sich, beim Betrachter positive Gefühle auszulösen und den eigenen Umgang mit "Wegwerfartikeln" zu reflektieren. Somit können die Fotografien auch als Kritik an unserer Konsumgesellschaft verstanden werden.

My name is Oliver Steinmann. My artworks are created in my studio in the Black Forest, in the southwest of Germany. As a self-taught artist, I aim to create artworks that tell stories, caress the soul and sometimes make you smile a little.
Throughout my artistic journey, I have developed an individual style that combines elements from different art movements - especially pop and street art. I have already had the opportunity to present my work in regional exhibitions.
I work in a variety of media, including acrylic painting, photography, collage and sculpture. My work focuses on beer as a very important German cultural asset. In addition to brewing art, I am mainly inspired by motifs from nature.
I firmly believe that art is a universal language that connects and inspires people.
