I discovered silk painting at the age of 17 and, since then, I have never stopped, whether in Mexico, the USA, London or France! I let my imagination run wild and the brush guides me according to my inspiration. My works escape any classification, which gives them a certain originality. Each painting is unique and singular. This technique of setting on natural silk appeals to me for many reasons. First of all, the support fascinates me with its beauty, its nobility, its finesse, its texture. As for the technique itself, it could be similar to watercolor, but the paints I use are specific for 100% natural silk and they require 'fixing' ; which is done in Paris. Another specificity, my paintings 'turn'; and can look at each other in whatever way we want! I had to think of a signature that fits this situation. We can talk about multidimensional painting! Have a nice trip into my world!
