dans mon atelier en Drôme Provençale, j’ai imaginé et réalisé cette tortue de mer joyeuse ,j'ai utilisé un support bois auto- clavé que j'ai découpé selon mon dessin, une tortue de mer travaillée en technique mixte, technique que j'ai inventée pour mon travail et qui allie la mosaïque, et la peinture joyeuse ,avec mes couleurs mixées, à accrocher au mur, je l'ai réalisée en mosaïque de céramique dont certaines façonnées et cuites par moi, avec des incrustations de dentelle dans l'argile, puis de l'émail cuit à 980°.dans mon four à céramique ;j'ai incorporé aussi des émaux de Briard ,des billes en verre, ,puis j'ai mis en couleurs avec de la peinture acrylique et de la peinture 3D relief pour des décors ajoutés et pour terminer, j'ai passé 3 couches d'un vernis de finition satiné ,sur la peinture et les joints sont mis en couleurs avec un petit pinceau ,pour un entretien facile: vinaigre blanc ou une éponge et du produit ménager .c'est une pièce unique signée Odile Maffone handmade in France
