Andrey Novikov was born on 1-st of January 1985 in Stavropol in the family of artists-decorators. His professional education got in the Pyatigorsk Design College in 2004. Since 2008 Andrey is a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
Today Andrey lives and works in Yessentuki, he is an associate professor of the Design Department of the North Caucasus Federal University. In 2015, visited the Crimea and created a series of sketches, which has served as the basis for the presented project.
