It's a small sculpture with two faces.
One side represent a parasitic organic life, reminiscent of an old man or an unpowered new born
The other side of the sculpture is buffoonish and presents a fake apparence to the world.
Both sides are tyrannical and humiliates each other, losing all their humanity.
There's no regeneration possible.
