נירה פנסר, או " זו שמציירת"
שום דבר בעבר לא כיוון אותי לעבר הציור : לא הכשרתי המקצועית ולא העניין החובבני שגליתי כלפי האמנות הפלסטית. מאז ילדותי, ייחסתי לעצמי זוג ידיים שמאליות חסרות תקנה. אף על פי כן, ערב אחד, לפני כחמש שנים, בצאתי מסרט ששמו: "פולוק", נתקפתי חשק מיידי ובלתי צפוי לצייר. משהו באקספרסיוניזם של פולוק ובתשוקתו הקנאית נגע ללבי. בעידודם ובעזרתם של ידידים אמנים, התמסרתי להרפתקה מבלי שאי פעם, קודם לכן, החזקתי מכחול בידיי. תחילה במבוכה בעזרת אצבעותיי, אחר כך בשפכטל, הנחתי את צבע על הבד. מהר מאוד הצבעים והטקסטורות פרצו מתוכי. למעשה, יותר משאני שולטת בהם, הם מובילים אותי. אינני יודעת לרשום, מעולם לא קיבלתי הכשרה כול שהיא ולעת עתה אין בי רצון ללמוד. עבורי הציור הוא מפלט, מרחב שהתסכול וההגות האינטלקטואליים חייבים להישאר זרים לו. הכינוי "זו שמציירת" שאימצתי לעצמי, הולם בדיוק את זהותי. אינני אמנית רק מישהי שמציירת. הביטוי אינו המצאה שלי. שאלתי אותו ממעריציה של דניאל ז'אקי, אמנית המשתייכת לזרם הארט-ברוט שעבודותיה השפיעו עלי עמוקות. בתערוכת זו אני מזמינה אתכם להצטרף אלי למסע זה דרך הצבע.
