Sono solita dipingere ciò che vedo, il soggetto spesso lo trovo tra le mie cose oppure tra le tante immagini su internet.
Questa volta ho inventato tutto .
Avevo in studio una tavoletta con la base già pronta colorata di rosa antico che avevo preparato tanto tempo fa per un’altra serie di opere, non l’avevo mai utilizzata perché troppo piccola, ma stavolta avevo bisogno proprio di quella tavoletta.
Non sapevo quale soggetto utilizzare come modello così ho curiosato tra le mie tazzine, tra le immagini scaricate da internet, ma nulla sembrava giusta per quella tavoletta.
Dopo diversi tentativi mi sono fermata un attimo, ho chiuso gli occhi e ho pensato a cosa vedevo in quella tavoletta.
Lasciandomi trasportare dalla fantasia, ho immaginato un piccola tazzina bianco latte, impreziosita da piccoli ricami dorati e indifesa nell’atto di cadere a terra e rompersi irrimediabilmente.
Ho tracciato rapidamente il disegno con il gessetto e poi ho cominciato a dipingere con i colori ad olio che uso in velatura ovvero sovrapponendo tanti strati sottili di colore opportunamente diluito per creare gli effetti che desidero.
Quest’opera fa parte della serie COGLI L’ATTIMO ed è 34, con questa serie provo ad affrontare il tema di non sprecare il tempo , godere di ogni istante che la vita ci dona , prima che sia troppo tardi.
L’opera è firmata sul davanti e sul retro e verrà accompagnata da certificato di autenticità
per spedizione extra UE occorre aspettare autorizzazione del ministero dei beni culturale e ciò potrebbe comportare il ritardo di qualche giorno
