Born in 1947, she grew up in Ste-Monique, Quebec.
Initiated by her mother, she developed her taste for beauty.
As a child she loved to draw. She is captivated by the colors and composition of the billboards.
She admires the creativity of designers.
Young adult, her favorite pastime is to visit various exhibitions, museums and art galleries. Her interest aroused in her the desire to express themselves through personal creations.
Her sensitivity and love for nature marked her works.
Now she uses plants to create jewels.
She attended art classes where she experimented with charcoal and ink. She studied religious art from 1990 to 1995.
She works in gouache and in 1998, she tames oil. Attracted by the transparency of watercolor, she makes a move with a watercolor artist in 2001.
Her curiosity and her willingness to go beyond the lead in forming an acrylic and mixed media in 2005-2006.
Each of his achievements is marked by research and personal achievement.
She is an artist in tune with the material and she lets the plant and animal world rise.
Nicole Ethier-Vallieres is a member of the Association Visual Arts St -Jérôme, a member of the Association Painting artists of Ste-Adele, and member of the Association Painting Artists of St-Sauveur. She exhibited her works at various locations in the Laurentians.
