The universe always answers the right questions. I see inspiration in various images: in natural phenomena, objects, and passers-by on the streets. Recently I saw a girl on the street. She was wearing an interesting style of clothes: a rough gray skirt and soft pink lace top. So I've got an idea to capture a similar image on the painting.

However, I just could not find the right thread in the sketch. Then I just wrote a question on a piece of paper: "How can I best portray a gray-pink combination and show the idea of the opposite?" After that, I've put the piece of paper in the dresser. The answer comes to me the next evening.

I left the house on the street closer to sunset and the first thing I saw in front of me was a huge gray-pink cloud... This is exactly how I wanted to paint it. A gray cloud, which had accumulated the remnants of rain, encircled the soft pink. Gloom and hope. Chaos and harmony.

They did not fit each other, but their combination was incredibly beautiful. It was the combination of two opposites that attracted the eye. After all, this happens not only with natural phenomena but also with people...

I create imaginary worlds with the dominant and expressive energy of color. An illusory oasis of fairyland in the real world. My inspiration comes from natural phenomena. I pass it through my imagination, personifying them with sentiments and emotions. The result is a mixture of fantasy and reality, expressed by pure vibrant colors. To achieve it I apply the principle of distorting the natural colors and using contrasting combinations.

Since early years I was interested in painting and used it as implementation tool of imagination in composing magic-augmented reality. I saw original stories in ordinary casual objects.
My goal to create convention free art, forcing viewer's imagination to work towards the essence of the phenomenon represented in the picture. Therefore I began to paint vivid and colorful landscapes, depicting emotions and impressions.
