Born into a family where a close relative was a full-time painter, I have always loved expressing myself through drawing, painting, and also engraving.
Professionally, I turned to something completely different, and it was only at a certain period in my life or at certain times that I was able to paint.
Painting and finding one's capacity for expression and style requires desire, strength, and willpower.
I was able to acquire technical means and enthusiasm by attending the Beaux Arts school in the town of Digne-les-Bains. I was then able to explore the different techniques of drawing, engraving, painting and watercolor.
Participation in numerous personal and group exhibitions in the Alpes de Haute Provence region.
In the 80s and 90s: Rencontre d'Arts Plastiques in Château Arnoux (1st prize in watercolor), Galerie des 4 Mains in Manosque, Le Grand Carré in Forcalquier, Festival of Women's Creativity in Digne les Bains, Fondation Paul Ricard Île de Bendor.
Having started with landscape painting, I changed my interpretation following a near-death experience that often led me towards the theme of passages and traces, whether earthly or spiritual.
Currently retired, I once again have the time to express myself through painting and engraving.
I chose acrylic and I have a strong taste for bright and shimmering colors, whether for figurative or lyrical paintings.
I do not participate in exhibitions but exhibit my paintings on online sales sites.
