Nadine Tardivel dit NATAR lives in France between Paris and Carantec (Brittany). After a career of more than 30 years as a project manager in the financial field, she decided to return to what fascinates her.

She trained as a decorative painter which enabled her to acquire the techniques of making materials (marble, wood, stone etc.), spinning and trompe l'oeil.

This is why she transposes this know-how on her canvases while developing and refining his own techniques.

The pure lines, the material effects, the attention to detail, the shadow and the light, the joy of bright colors, you will find all these values ​​in his paintings which invite you to escape.

She thinks and puts down every detail with a search for meaning and meaning. Once finished, the painting becomes a compendium of emotions, feelings, passions, things left unsaid.

On certain large formats, it invites the visitor to "enter inside" , to take a break... to sit down and soak up an environment, an existence and a world close to nature and serene.

She likes that her painting provokes a direct link from the eyes to the heart because for her, it is important that her creations bring happiness.
