Née à Auch en 1938, je n'ai pu revenir dans le Gers définitivement que fin 1998, lors de ma retraite. Ayant quitté le département avec mes parents, j'ai habité dans diverses villes, et fait mes études universitaires à Poitiers (licence d'espagnol, certificat d'histoire de l'art du moyen âge). J'y ai intégré ensuite une équipe du CNRS, étudiant l'épigraphie médiévale,et participant aux publications de l'équipe en tant que co-auteur jusqu'en 1999.J'ai également écrit des articles dans des revues comme les "Cahiers archéologiques", les "Annales du Midi", etc.
Depuis ma retraite je dispose de plus de temps pour peindre et exercer ma fantaisie et à mon imagination. J'aime varier sujets, techniques et supports, suivant l'inspiration et l'envie... J'alterne parfois abstrait et figuratif, dessins ou peinture, gouache, acrylique, fusain, pastel, encres... Cependant je privilégie l'abstrait et depuis quelque temps la gouache et l'acrylique sur toile.
J’expose dans ma région, mais j’ai également exposé à Paris, au Canada, en Italie, en Belgique. J’ai vendu plus d’une vingtaine d’œuvres depuis plusieurs années, certaines sont à New York, d’autres à Londres, aux Pays-Bas, en Belgique, en Espagne, et au Japon. Je suis membre du « Collectif international d'artistes Art Zoom » (voir ).
Un émailleur de Saint-Junien (Haute-Vienne) a tiré des émaux de quatre de mes gouaches (abstraites).
Je figure (page 46) dans le tome I de la « Bible de l'art abstrait » paru aux éditions Lelivredart () au début 2008.
