Moa Daliendog is an emerging visual artist born in 1980 in Libourne, France. It was in the years 1996 to 2002 that he trained in visual arts in schools and universities. Later, he organized group exhibitions within an association of which he was one of the founding members. In 2013, he began his work on the CA$H-CA$H series, and will also be in collaboration with the artist Auguste. The CA$H-CA$H series presents a pop and cinema universe with intense and vivid colors. The artist works on photographic portraits of the greatest icons, such as Madonna, Marilyn Monroe and Brigitte Bardot, weaving a truly singular chromatic framework. He is a genius in the use of textures, on which romantic lights and exquisite lace shadows are placed that enrich the images. It is by using his scanner and printer, as well as his finishing technique that he has called 'melatapatapainting', that he tries to crystallize his model within a colorful universe full of material effects. It's a clever mix of digital, and an excellent dose of talent that gives Moa Daliendog's works a touch close to painting. An unprecedented reinterpretation of the "flat" polychromy of the father of Pop Art, Andy Warhol.
