Azerbaijan

Miraga Shahbazov, a contemporary Azerbaijani sculptor and artist, has carved his name into the world of art with his innovative creations. His artistic journey has taken him across national and international borders, with participation in exhibitions in Russia, Turkey, and his homeland, Azerbaijan. Shahbazov's artistic odyssey began to unfold when he embarked on his bachelor's degree at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts in 2012. Focusing on the field of Sculpture, he exhibited dedication and prowess, graduating with distinction in 2016. His quest for excellence led him further, and in 2017 he entered the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, located in the vibrant city of St. Petersburg within the Russian Federation. There, he pursued a master's degree in the faculty of artistic processing of metals and stones. Miraga's commitment to his craft was evident in his accomplishments, culminating in an honors graduation in 2019.

Upon the culmination of his master's studies, Miraga Shahbazov returned to his homeland and the city of Bagu. He integrated his skills into various governmental institutions, putting his artistic expertise to meaningful use. Presently, the artist operates from his creative workshop, where he indulges in unrestricted artistic expression. His portfolio is enriched with participation in a multitude of international exhibitions, where his unique visions come to life. His works also grace galleries, serving as windows into his imaginative world. Miraga Shahbazov's journey through the realms of art is a testament to his dedication, education, and innovation, painting a vivid portrait of a talented sculptor and artist who continues to evolve and inspire.
