Glossy finish

L’ensemble fait penser à une mer en morceaux, comme si on la voyait à travers un miroir cassé. Les surfaces se reflètent, se déforment, se chevauchent. On ne sait plus très bien ce qu’on regarde, mais une impression de paysage demeure, fragile et changeante. C’est une image en mouvement, faite de souvenirs, de bouts d’images, de sensations mélangées.

Je peins depuis 2006. J’utilise l’acrylique, j’emploie aussi un peu le pastel, l’encre de Chine . Libre, indépendant, plutôt figuratif contemporain, avec une originalité personnelle. Je travaille essentiellement sur le support papier ou carton. Afin d’améliorer ma technique je participe régulièrement à des stages et/ou ateliers de peinture.
Je n’ai pas de domaine, de style, de technique de prédilection. Je peins au gré de mes envies.
Une couleur, une forme, une image, une expression me guident dans la création. Souvent, je ne sais pas où je vais. Puis petit à petit se construit l’œuvre. Un peu comme un écrivain ou un compositeur, je me raconte une histoire.
Je ne cherche pas à peindre pour « faire du beau » ni forcément pour plaire, mais pourextérioriser une émotion qui demande à sortir.
Certains penseront qu’il n’y a pas de cohérence dans les différents travaux, qu’il n’y a pas de fil conducteur. Mais j’en vois un : ce qui m’anime, c’est l’envie.
