Initially, she dedicated 15 years to the fields of Architecture and Design before making a pivotal shift in focus towards painting.
Over the last four decades, Michelle Auboiron has been immersed in creating direct and "in situ" painting series, consistently exploring Architecture and structures as her central and recurring theme. Known for her ability to be in direct contact with events or instantaneous emotions, she skillfully recreates the vivid play of light and atmosphere. Her artistic approach involves complete immersion in everyday reality, absorbing influences from the streets, newspaper headlines, and the architecture of the towns and places she encounters. The resulting work reflects a blend of muscularity and sensitivity, harmonizing the essence of the figurative with the vigor of the abstract.
