It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. Meziane Boussaid is an Algerian visual artist who was born in Azazga, Tizi Ouzou, in 1975. With a passion for the arts deeply ingrained in his soul, he pursued specialized artistic education, focusing on drawing and painting. Boussaid went on to share his expertise as a professor at the Regional School of Fine Arts of Azazga, Tizi Ouzou, in Algeria.
In 2002, Boussaid became a member of the National Copyright Office ONDA in Algeria, solidifying his presence in the artistic community. The following year, he graduated from the prestigious Higher School of Fine Arts in Algiers, marking a significant milestone in his artistic journey. He also became affiliated with the Maison des Artistes de Paris, expanding his reach to the international art scene.
Throughout his career, Boussaid has been recognized for his exceptional talent, receiving accolades such as the Silver Prize at the 11th Melusin'Art competition show in Vouvant, France, in 2018, and the "El Kantass" Prize at the 9th plastic art competition fair of the wilaya of Djelfa in the same year.
Boussaid's artworks have been exhibited extensively both within Algeria and internationally. Notable exhibitions include the Year of Algeria in France in 2003, where his works were showcased in Paris, as well as exhibitions at prestigious venues such as the Maison des Artistes de Paris, the Association Génie de la Bastille in Paris, and the Royal Theater in Marrakech, Morocco.
His participation in events like the Symposium "Culture of Cosmos II" in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2014, and the Salon d'Automne on the Champs-Elysées in Paris in 2018 further cemented his reputation as a prominent figure in the global art scene. With each brushstroke, Boussaid continues to captivate audiences with his unique artistic vision, leaving an indelible mark on the world of visual arts.
