Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

I have been drawing since childhood but the real inner artist in me was awakened when I tried oil painting at the age of 16. That's when I got a special enthusiasm for making art and enthusiastically started practising drawing and painting. Over the years, my passion for fine art and my desire to develop myself as an artist have only grown.
I'm not limited to any specific subject but since I live in Finland, where nature is all around, it inspires me. I often paint small details of nature or everyday life, animals and flowers. My painting style is precise and detailed although recently I have been striving for a freer expression. As a counterbalance to the detailed works, I sometimes make abstract paintings.
I paint mainly with watercolors and acrylics and I also use various drawing tools.
I regularly participate in group exhibitions in Finland. In recent years, some of my paintings have also been accepted for international juried watercolor exhibitions. In 2022, I had my first solo exhibition at the birthplace of the former president of Finland in Pielavesi.
Art is the elixir of life for me and I couldn't imagine living without it. I want to constantly develop as an artist and enjoy a journey of exploration in the world of art.
I have also worked as a graphic designer and made small illustrations for companies. My biggest illustration project so far has been illustrating a cat-themed children's book written by my father-in-law.
I was born and I have lived all my life in the beautiful city of Kuopio, that is surrounded by a lake.
