I enjoy immersing myself with emotions and mind in experiencing colour. This confrontation with the substance of colour and its effects is at the same time amusement and solemnity. Over and over again I try to materialize my thoughts through colour, to make it touchable, to transmit it to the canvas or other surface and harmonize it with its form.

Zu meiner Kunst
Ich liebe es, einzutauchen in das Erlebnis „Farbe“ – mit Bauch und Verstand. Es ist die spielerische und gleichzeitig ernsthafte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Material „Farbe“ und seinem Wirkungsspektrum. Immer wieder neu geht es mir darum, eine Idee durch Farbe zu materialisieren, erfahrbar zu machen, sie auf einem Träger umzusetzen und mit ihrer Form und Konsistenz in Einklang zu bringen.
