After working as an illustrator for publishers of naturalist works, I abandoned Indian ink, colored pencils, and painting to explore the third dimension and give free rein to my imagination.
I rarely sculpt from a clay model and I mainly practice direct carving.
I work mainly with marble and schist after starting with limestone and wood.
