Lineworks: is a series of drawings on canvas with markers and ink. It relates to how music can interact with the way you feel and translate it into creation. With a very urban touch, it also is a ''clin d'oeil'' to japanese animation. They are sometimes rude, sometimes serene but always have a stillness in movement.
KILO-: is a graphic novel mock up about Montreal becoming a city-state. It offers potential survival skills and post-war urbanism, economics and life hacks. The aesthetic resembles that of the Lineworks series in its use of black and white but is much more saturated and will have more color. I use tracing techniques (of my own photographs and some public domain), as well as free hand.

These are works of various sizes, support and style. I personally enjoy working on paper, canvas and wood, going from one to another forces you to adapt, transform and specialize in making smarter choices. My goal is to create works fast and to develop compositions that are perfect in their impulse.
You will also find a painting series: Bebulles
In which textures, shapes and movement are used to mix and choose colors. I treat them as my fun color palettes. Fast and easy to create, they serve to take my mind away and decorate my home :)

''Lineworks'' is a series that I have taken over before finishing ''Velvet''. Lengthy and meticulous the series plays with the composition, but in a rather negative/positive aspect of the canvas. They are idealized, comical or spiritual portraits and focus on hair movement and faint coloring over black and white. Very much inspired by art nouveau and street art, these are drawings on canvas.

Mathias Horowitz, a play written by Ian Truman. I have interpreted the play in photographic story telling
Abandoned Spaces, an ongoing research of light and dark in my urban environment: Montreal. These specific ones are of the railroad tracks and the areas around them, factories, homeless camps, graffiti hang outs.

''Bebulles'' is a series created with an abstract/graffiti inspired ambiance that plays with the process of movement, texture and the composition of the work in and out of the canvas. These candy colors brighten my usual works and use a necessary fast paced frame of creation. The newest additions go back to darker colors and fall into a new title: ''Velvet''.
