Martha Ada Okechukwu is a contemporary Nigerian visual artist based in Lagos, Nigeria. She has a diploma in Fine and Applied Art.

Her paintings and beaded mixed media works are mostly centered on female figures and children especially the girl child. She shows the power of feminity through painting female figures in different familiar and intimate settings. Her works celebrate the beauty of African female figures usually accompanied with unique African hair styles, beads, African patterns and motifs.

Black or very dark shades of colour dominates majority of her works inspired by the "Black lives Matter" movement as she believes that black is beautiful.

She draws inspiration from everyday activities, kids, life experiences, music and issues affecting children especially the girl child.

She tells relatable stories through art.
