It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Marion Kotyba wurde am 16. August 1968 in Kulmbach geboren.
Künstlerische Weiterbildung durch Dozenten und Kunstsymposien.
Sie unterhält seit 2008 ihr eigenes Atelier und ist zudem intensiv in der Kinder- und Erwachsenenpädagogik im Bereich Kunst aktiv.
Seit 2010 freischaffende Künstlerin.
Seit 2014 Dozentin bei den focus-ARTseminaren zu den Themen Rost & Alterung sowie Experimenteller Malerei.
Seit November 2017 Inhaberin der KUNSTGALERIE & Atelier im Oberhacken 3, Kulmbach.
Das hervorstechende Merkmal in der Kunst von Marion Kotyba bildet das Thema ‚Rost und Alterung als Stilmittel in der abstrakten Acrylmalerei. In diesem Kontext interpretiert die Künstlerin das Zusammenspiel von Farbe, Licht, Strukturen und technischer Umsetzung in künstlerisch beeindruckender Interpretationskraft immer wieder neu und spannend zugleich.
In jüngster Zeit haben insbesondere die Beobachtungen von Witterungseinflüssen der Natur – verrostete Flächen, aufgebrochene Strukturen, Lasuren und die Kombination daraus – eine wichtige Rolle eingenommen. Dabei arbeitet die Künstlerin in klar umrissenen Werkgruppen vornehmlich gegenstandslos ihr Anliegen heraus, um auf einer abstrakten Darstellungsebene dem Betrachter ihrer Arbeiten genügend Freiraum für das Ausschweifen der eigenen Fantasie zu bieten.
Die vielseitige und experimentierfreudige Künstlerin nimmt sich die Freiheit,Stil, Farbe und Technik nach ihrer Stimmung zu wählen.
Seit 2020 Referentin für Kunst an Schulen.
