Mariana Ivanova is an artist recognized for her embroidered pictures. An important feature of her works is that they are created with a needle and a thread instead of a brush. Her art presents pictures translated into cross stitching. 

Walking the streets of cities around the world she gets inspired by street lamps and lanterns with their lights, beauty, elegance, and a little bit of mystery. Light and darkness are always presented in her art. Her works combine her interest in digital art, cross stitching, and street culture. Mariana was born in Bulgaria. Currently she resides in Orange County, California with her family and stubborn Cairn Terrier dog.
