Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. Here is how I work: I convert and edit the photo digitally into cross stitch pattern. Here is the moment when I “draw” with my imagination.The pattern is exported and printed. After that I stretch the fabric over bar frames (or hoop) and the time of the cross stitching begins. Depending on the complexity and the dimensions of the picture, a work takes from one to several months.
This artwork is approximately 17928 stitches, time taken - 4 months. It is embroidered on white fabric with DMC threads.
Signed on the back and framed.
