Мария Тупикина — уральский архитектор, дизайнер, художник, большую часть жизни прожила на Южном Урале. Ее вдохновляет природа: небо, солнце, горы, полет птиц, энергетически сильные места (Аркаим, Тургояк). Ее завораживают облака и просветы солнечных лучей, отражение неба в воде и колыхание листьев на деревьях.
Мария Тупикина начала писать картины с раннего детства. В начале своего творчества Мария увлекалась импрессионистами, но в данный момент художница увлекается интуитивной живописью.

Мария Тупикина в первую очередь считает себя дизайнером и архитектором. Она пишет картины не для того, чтобы заработать денег, а для того, чтобы поделиться своим творчеством с людьми, чтобы люди могли найти в ее работах то, что давно искали, но не могли найти. Свою работу Мария считает не профессиональной, а духовной, ведь она «пишет мыслями, чувствами».
Основные произведения искусства Марии Тупикиной состоят из картин маслом разного масштаба и формата. Ее работы представляют собой смесь экологических и атмосферных абстракций. Изображения, которые вызывают настроение от спокойствия и утешения до турбулентности и хаоса. Ее работы не типичны. Она вневременна и рефлексивна, Мария отражает в своих работах жизнь, ее происхождение. Пейзажи довольно сильные по настроению и очень живые в свое время.
