Margret Pinger, born in Cologne, has devoted her life to art. Since her childhood, art has been a constant companion and a source of inspiration. This passion has never left her, and she has pursued it relentlessly, eventually making it her profession. For over 35 years, she taught art also at schools for underprivileged children. With great heart and dedication, she inspired young people, helping them discover their creativity and showing them how to express their emotions and stories through art. At the same time, she has dedicated herself to her own artistic practice for decades.


Margret Pinger takes you on a journey, a journey through emotions, cultures, and the stories of strong women. Her realistic portraits blend clarity and depth, strength and gentleness. The women she paints come from a wide range of life situations and cultural contexts. She portrays women who each carry their own unique story, women who possess incredible strength and beauty in their diversity and challenges.
