The theme is an attempt to find images that convey a sense of changing reality, taking perception beyond the edge of awareness, sometimes encountering familiar mythological images there, and sometimes finding bizarre creatures, similar to hallucinations and dreams, existing as if in other worlds, but also together with us, invisible , but at the same time being a kind of parallel life, which may have answers to questions that we are constantly looking for and cannot find, or maybe even not.

The project is philosophical, and ironic comprehension theme of love, sex and deep feelings. The theme is chosen as a protest against the so-called “New wave of hypocricy”, one way or another affecting the whole world.
The language of representation chosen as decorative, symbolic and a bit naïve, ascending to folk art, sometimes stylized as possible. It was done in order to distance from the subjects and evaluate them detachedly and contemplatively. The visual system is saturated by ornaments inherent to decorative art to emphasize the unreality, alienness and conventionality of the characters and worlds in which they live. The colors convey latent emotional tension. The subject pictures are interspersed by linear representations of female torsos, which creates pauses and a certain rhythm.

The project was painted in the beginning the Рandemiс. It represents a few series of pictorial and graphic works in the genre Nude, united by a common theme of the human being feelings in the surrounding stream of time and events. The Nude genre was chosen to emphasize the defenselessness of people in the stream of life.

Biography
Margarita Felis is a contemporary Russian artist, considers herself as a metamodernist.
She lives and works in Saint Petersburg.
Her works are presented in museums and private collections in Russia, USA, Germany, Ukraina, Hungary.
She was born in Smolensk, then moved to Saint Petersburg for studying, was graduated from a colledge of culture, worked in web design area near 10 years, then studied in the Academy of arts named after Repin from 2007 to 2013 and was graduated as an easel painter.
She exhibited her works in Russia, USA, UK, Italia, Romania and Ukraina.
