Marc Escorihuela is a contemporary French painter, born in 1972 in Toulouse, France. After dedicating five years to the study of Visual Arts, Escorihuela embarked on his artistic journey, unveiling his inaugural series of paintings titled "Pigments and Wavelengths" in 1998. This collection, characterized by its innovative concept, seeks to merge two distinct types of colors, each responding dynamically to variations in light intensity, whether natural or artificial. Utilizing pigments for painting and adhesive for wavelengths, Escorihuela's artworks showcase kinetic colors that dance and undulate with the play of light.

Hailing from Toulouse, renowned as a global hub for aeronautics, Escorihuela draws inspiration from his hometown's rich industrial heritage. The city, home to aerospace giants like Airbus, serves as a thematic backdrop for his art, infusing his compositions with the dynamism and innovation synonymous with the aeronautics and space sector. Influenced by the spontaneity of Action Painting and the meditative ethos of Asian brushwork, Escorihuela's artistic practice embodies a harmonious blend of movement and contemplation.

In addition to his prolific painting career, Escorihuela has lent his artistic talents to the design and production of the Tour de France Cycling Trophy for the Carcassonne stage, further solidifying his presence within the realm of sports and cultural events. His work enjoys permanent exhibitions at prestigious venues such as Mexico Antik decor, M.A.D.S. Art Gallery in Milan, Fuerteventura, and Barcelona La Pedrera Gaudi House in Spain. Furthermore, Escorihuela's art has been showcased at esteemed galleries and institutions worldwide, including Effetto Arte Russo in Palermo, Borghese Place in Florence, Contemporary Art Museum in Barcelona, Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, Plais Palffy in Vienna, and even the iconic Times Square in New York, USA.
