Marc Anguissola di Podenzano e Vigolzone...est un descendant de l'Illustre famille des Marquis et Comtes Anguissola originaires de Piacenza (Milan - Italie)...alliée des Visconti, Farnèse et Sforza....Beaucoup de peintres dans cette famille... dont la célèbre Sofonisba Anguissola et ses sœurs ...amie de van Dyck et de Michel Ange ( Il Divino).....Marc a évidemment suivit la voie de ses ancêtres....peintres , mécènes et protecteurs des Arts....Aussi pour ne pas faire de confusion dans les noms il a choisi le diminutif " ANGUIS"..........Quelques années de beaux arts....puis fréquentation de peintres dont Vasarely, ( mouvement art optique....puis cinétique ...Ridley etc...)....Nikki de St Phalle.... Hantaï... ...etc...etc.....puis nombreux voyages... "initiatiques" pour la plupart....Marc vivant avant tout dans une dimension spirituelle....mais l'Art n'est il pas un autre voyage.... intérieur et Spirituel..???
De son séjour côte d'azur (St Jean Cap Ferrat....Villefranche sur mer)....il fréquente l'école de Nice...Arman, César, et autres....peu d'expos....il préfère travailler souvent avec des peintres italiens sur la recherche des formes et de la couleur dans le domaine du Design.... Tissus et Fashion.... sans shows ni tumultes....Ses tableaux vendus à l' aristocratie italienne...et européenne..... pour la plupart .....se retrouvent ainsi dispersés dans le monde....de l'Australie aux Etats Unis (publication régulière au MOMA)....et Japon.....Maintenant Marc s'intéresse et réalise des toiles de plus grands formats 200x 150 ...et déco de Villas contemporaines et centres d'affaire....ayant comme sujet...."les surfaces" et rapport " couleur -surface"....Même si les cotes de l'artiste ont beaucoup fluctué au gré du marché de l'art contemporain ....il reste une valeur sûre de la recherche contemporaine....
