Oil painting "Field poppies" is a thick impasto artwork with heavy texture. Abstract art and flowers is a very interesting topic. Abstraction transforms flower forms, blurring the boundaries between what is real and the imagination and individuality of the artist who shapes his own world of forms and colors. Flowers painted in an abstract style mainly point to colors as the artist sees it.
On my canvas, flowers bloom as they please, without any restrictions. My abstract flower paintings celebrate this expressive art form and are sure to liven up your home or office with an invigorating beauty.

The oil painting field poppies attempts to show the essence of flowers and their impact on the environment. It presents flowers as patches of color illuminated by the sun's rays, which play on their surface creating light and color reflections. The thick texture of the surface of the painting, painted with a spatula, deepens the impression of three-dimensionality. The impasto technique makes the appearance of the image change depending on how it is lit. Thick layers and particles of paint naturally create chiaroscuro and give the work a sculptural look. The play of light and shadow, vivid, expressive colors of field poppies give the painting a mysterious and at the same time abstract character. The image is luminous and as if animated. I recommend the painting for both modern and classic interiors. It will be perfect for a bedroom, living room or office.

Field poppies oil painting thick impasto texture depicts an abstract field with poppies. The decoration in vivid colors of yellow and red will be a real decoration of a modern bedroom or living room. It is an oil painting on canvas stretched on a pine stretcher. Hand-painted picture of course.

I am born in Warsaw. Painting in the Author's Painting Studio of prof. Leon Michna in the years 2007-2010, where I learned to paint and draw from scratch and there I discovered my passion for painting. I love clean, vibrant colors. I look for color everywhere, in landscapes, portraits, and abstractions. I have developed my own style of abstraction, the search for which took me quite a few years, because abstraction seems to me to be the most difficult form of painting. I mainly paint oil paintings using a palette knife, with thick layers of paint, but also landscapes and figures using acrylic technique.

I have had several collective and individual exhibitions.

"W chasing color" - individual exhibition at Klub na Hoża in Warsaw, 2015

Individual exhibition with "Art for Art Gallery", PinUp Cafe, ul. Smolna, Warsaw 2015

Collective exhibition "Atonement", Zabrze 2014 and at the Art Center - Kartonovnia, ul. Hoża, Warsaw

2nd edition of the charity auction of paintings and porcelain "Youth and Creativity for Experience" in Wilanów, 2014

Charity auction "Youth and Creativity for Experience" for the Veteran Artist's House in Skolimowie 2014

My works are in Polish and foreign collections.
