Academically prepared and guided by the esteemed teacher Armando Villegas QEPD, who instilled confidence and support, he pursued his artistic dreams with renewed vigor.

Rodriguez Murcia employs professional-grade materials and engages in experimentation, developing a unique technique that blends abstract and representational styles. Drawing inspiration from his South American surroundings and the "Constructive Universalism" movement of Uruguayan artist Joaquín Torres García, his work provides a fresh perspective on both the natural and fantastical realms. Central to his art are animals, which symbolize our deep connection with them and highlight the abuses they endure in the food industry.
