Born the son of a farmer, in a small village in the canton of Lembeye, north of Pau.
As a child, he painted with gouache, and the teacher pinned his drawings to the classroom walls.
As a teenager, he went from farm to farm to paint them.
Self-taught, he has participated in various "painting in the village" competitions.

He travels with his painting: Venice, China, Paris (the Marais).... and he invariably returns to the streets or monuments he loves or that have left a mark on him.

A few awards have particularly touched him in recent years, denouncing the proverb that says "no one is a prophet in his own country."

He exhibits regularly in the South region Aquitaine, and he also participates in several national and international exhibitions.

He mainly practices two techniques: watercolor and oil
He is essentially figurative and colorist. An urban landscaper, he draws and paints what he sees and brings to life with characters.

He is a full member of the "Society of Friends of the Arts in Pau" and also of the "Arts and Letters of France" associations, the "Regionalist of Béarn, the Basque Country and the Adour regions" and "La Palette Morlanaise"
